Bug Fixes:

Players were able to rocket jump in midair some times, allowing them to fly off the map. This has been fixed and the player can no longer rocket jump in midair, unless he is close to ground and the explosion reaches him.

The air acceleration when rocket jumping was too high, so I tuned it down a bit. Should be better.
